About

Michael Bradley is a full-time author and speaker at conferences and events.  Michael is a member of the Central Phoenix Writer’s Workshop, the Arizona Steampunk Society, as well as many other organizations.  He has appeared at numerous events, conferences and book signings.

Michael Bradley grew up in California, then lived in Hawaii for nearly six years before moving to Arizona in 1989.  He has two grown children, Heather and Alex.  He also has two fuzzy little dogs, Barclay and Peanut.

Michael Bradley’s lifelong dream was to become a writer.  Unfortunately, everyone discouraged him from this endeavor in his childhood and instead he took the path of business, politics and finance.  Michael served with distinction in the United States Air Force where he earned an AA in Electronic Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force.  Michael also earned a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, a Certificate in Management Systems Analysis and a Masters in Managerial Economics and Finance.  After many years, his childhood dream finally won out and Michael quit his former career cold turkey to become a full time writer.

Michael Bradley named his site Time Traveler (mbtimetraveler.com) because most of his work involves either the past, the future, or alternative history.  His first published novel, The Travelers’ Club and The Ghost Ship is set in 1880, while many of his published short stories are futuristic or scientific in nature.  Since the creation of this site, Michael has completed the second novel in the series, The Travelers’ Club – Fire and Ash, and has published Twisted History and Twisted Nightmares, anthologies which each include his work.  He has just finished his fifth book, Blood Bank, which is now on sale on Kindle and bookstores.  Twisted Futures and the third book in the The Travelers’ Club Series – The Lost Temple, will be out later this year.

In addition to novel length projects, Michael writes columns for various magazines which include book reviews, movie reviews, original fiction, science columns and interviews.  You can also find Arizonahealthspot.org on the web, a site Michael runs to bring out positive stories in health care and local events.

For a look at what Michael is working on at this moment, please click the tab entitled Current Projects, or to see events he is attending, you can see Upcoming Events.  Of course, stopping by the Store to purchase items is always most appreciated.

You can contact Michael Bradley either through a post on this website, or at his email at eiverness@cox.net.

Thank you!

  4. It is so wonderful to encounter a man who is following his big dream and living it. Thank you for encouraging others to do the same.:) And I really believe that a person is dead when he stops having dreams.

Yes, I am trying to get the links to them to post them here. As soon as I do, I will add them in a post. Thanks for asking. I don’t sound like I look. I grew up at Pismo Beach in California then moved to Aiea, Hawaii for six years, so my voice took on a surfer nasal tone I can never shake. 🙂
