With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My site
has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either
written myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of
it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement.
Do you know any ways to help reduce content from being stolen? I’d definitely appreciate it.

I repost things that have already been reposted. On the rare occasions – 3 – that someone has asked me, I either 1) immediately take it down; 2) do a whole story on the person to promote them; or 3) some other course of action they choose, such as credits, etc. Since this is not a commercial site, I don’t get many complaints. If you want to enforce a copyright, put it on the material prominently. I don’t repost those. Also, send an email to the contact person, that works pretty much all the time. I had one person that we traced my repost back to 6 earlier sites and never did find the first one to repost without credits.
