After Ya Ya Han looked to be putting down Jessica Nigri on Heroes of Cosplay, many were upset, including me. The result is the following video, in which Ya Ya apologizes and the two jointly appear to say they are friends. I also like that they both make it clear than cosplay is about having fun, not about the crap drama the show tries to portray.

That was a pretty low blow on national television from Ya Ya against Jessica Nigri. I have been watching the show and I agree that the producers make it all about competition when for most cosplayers it’s about fun. Ya Ya is not a very nice person and is pretty stuck on herself from what I can see on the show. I give this show maybe one season tops and then it will most likely tank because of the focus on competition and too many bitchy personalities.
