For many years, I have been a follower of his Holiness and also of the Karmapa. Some lessons I continuously struggle with is the art of non- attachment. Sometimes, when I am “in the zone” I find myself not attached to outcomes. I do what feels right, I expect NO things in return. Soon enough I realize: NOW is all that I have.
I enjoyed your post because it made sense. Yet I also know, making sense and easy, are not synonym.
